What is fubhub?
Fubhub (Females Uniting in Business) is a supportive and welcoming networking community for women in business. We provide relaxed, friendly events where women can build connections, share experiences, gain inspiration and support each other’s business journeys.
Where are Fubhub events held?
Fubhub currently hosts regular networking events in Wigan and Leigh, with occasional special events and socials throughout the year. Our Wigan event takes place on the 2nd Wednesday of the month at the Brick Community Stadium, and our Leigh event takes place on the 4th Wednesday of the month at Leigh Sports Village.
Do I have to be a business owner to attend?
Not at all. Fubhub welcomes women at all stages of their journey, whether you run an established business, are just starting out, have a side hustle, are considering self-employment, or work within a business and want to expand your network.
Is there a membership fee?
No, Fubhub has no membership fees. Events are typically £10 per visit, which includes refreshments. Some special events may have different pricing, which will always be clearly advertised.
What happens at a Fubhub networking event?
Our events are designed to be relaxed, welcoming and productive. Typically, events include:
